In our purpose-fitted resource centre in Lower McCarthy Hill – the Strategy and Communication Hack Centre – less than 30 minutes from the centre of Accra, but cushioned from the hectic pace of the city’s nerve centre, teams can briefly forget the pressures of everyday responsibilities, make strategic plans and innovate.
We provide options for facilitator-led planning, project planning and review, scenario planning (with background studies on your industry conducted by our researchers in advance, if required), new product development and bespoke full communication reviews.
With our quirky breakout innovation spaces, teams generally feel less constrained and are more inclined to open up and brainstorm productively. We support anonymous surveys on site, allowing for junior team members to freely express their opinions on matters without feeling inhibited by the realities of corporate hierarchies. Also, our custom boardroom table can contract to as few as 5 seats, encouraging closer collaboration within teams.
